Remembering Samoa

I have made a couple of watercolor and ink paintings from what I brought home in my sketch book. This is the first Fale that we saw on our trip.


We were surprised to see pigs and chickens roaming free at the beach and around town.


First I did the ink drawings and then added a bit of color.

I have had some fun remembering Samoa.

My intention is to send these to Paul and Pat because they have so many fond memories of their time in Samoa.
